I see this "flat ab" phrase everywhere. Wouldn't you want a flat STOMACH, not flat abs? I want my abs to be beefy enough to actually show - not flat. It always kills me.

How do you find enough energy to hit the gym so often? For me, gym is like 25min walk from home plus as much going back. And somehow, when you are at the gym, I used do warm up 15-45 min, then went for 30-45min power plate muscle training.... after all that I took quick wash up, then went to steam sauna (why not, it is included in price! :D). All that took me like 3,5h! Not mentioning that I already have active work where I need to walk and be on feet all the time... Is it worth it?
U could add that there is some foods you can eat after training that might help to "avoid" the pain. Milk for instance.

ok, I'm a guy, and this is totally my taste, but I can't stand girls with abs or flat tummies >:P Seriously, a little bit of a tummy is kinda totally hot. Scientifically Its actually more difficult for women to lose weight in there hips than it is to lose weight in there stomach. The fat women deposit in there stomach, white fat, is bad fat, but is easier to loose than the weight in our hips, which is brown fat.
@blossomloveable I definitely don't...but everyone has it differently. Mine is really heavy and painful for the first 2 days, but I still don't go back to working out until it's done. Now because my period is so "strong" even though I eat either more food or less healthy, my body is burning more energy so I've never gained weight, if I'm lucky I even lose a pound. But it really depends on ur cycle. If it's pretty easy then I'd recommend working out when it's finish up, but not the first 2-3 days
@Danidaydream11 I have the same problem. I have troubles drinking enough water because I get sick from the flouride. You should hook up a brita filter or something to your tap. It will get rid of all that bad stuff in your water. I would get it myself but we have a dishwasher that when in use needs the tap so i cant get a filter because of the dishwasher.

I do this class thing called power skate.
My teacher makes us do the plank on the ice.
So your freezing, hurting, and if you talk or do it wrong she makes you do it for like 5min more.

thanks for the tips. but i've given up on planks forever. my old volleyball coach would make us do them all the time (especially for long periods of time when he was having a bad day. which pretty much every other day)
