  • I see this "flat ab" phrase everywhere. Wouldn't you want a flat STOMACH, not flat abs? I want my abs to be beefy enough to actually show - not flat. It always kills me.

  • Too bad when I lose weight, the first place I lose is in the boobs...then the stomach, then the hips, and then my problem area, the thighs.

  • How do you find enough energy to hit the gym so often? For me, gym is like 25min walk from home plus as much going back. And somehow, when you are at the gym, I used do warm up 15-45 min, then went for 30-45min power plate muscle training.... after all that I took quick wash up, then went to steam sauna (why not, it is included in price! :D). All that took me like 3,5h! Not mentioning that I already have active work where I need to walk and be on feet all the time... Is it worth it?

    U could add that there is some foods you can eat after training that might help to "avoid" the pain. Milk for instance.

    More educational videos about nutrition and workouts! This is soooo goood! Makes me want to go and hit the gym. Sadly I found it too expensive. I bought a skipping rope - should be very beneficial and cheap. But I'm so lazy to use it! I so much rather join my boyfriend and do nothing at all.

  • There are so many misconceptions about girls and exercise. You won't get intense chicklet abs without taking protein powder so that is just way too high a goal to set. Secondly, for alot of serious core muscle workouts you need intense arm strength but women are scared to get strength because they picture their arms bulging out like a guy... that doesn't happen. The best core exercise I find is an INTENSE decline bench at the gym you are basically hanging upsidedown and have to do a 180 crunch.

  • @ilove2singnplay The main thing about exercise is you can't just work your abs and get flat abs. You need to work your legs, and arms and all other parts of your body so that you can have the strength to do the ab workouts.

  • @estarpolanco My brother is allergic to fruits too, but he can eat cooked fruits or dried ones without getting any reaction. They sell bags of dried fruits like blueberries, they are actually good haha. Idk if this will be the same for you.There are also vitamins that will give you proper nutrition in subsitute for fruit.

  • Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my auntie got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • @a1105389 eat heautly!your meals need to have a lot of vegetables,potein and 3 spones of carbs(integral are the best!).between meals if you are hungry ,EAT fruit its the best think you can do...blackberries are delisious and per poursion are 24 kcal!(and an aplee is 58 i think).EAT and run and NEVER vomit your starve because you will lose weight fast BUT gain FAST to...and you can die...so be healthy always and you will see you will have results :D

  • if your just some chick try'na just get a flatter stomach you don't resistence all you need is a good aerobic routing 4Xweek-7Xweek depending on how fast you want the results. accordingly you must as well just watch the amount of calories that you take in because IT'S ALL ABOUT CALORIES IN CALORIES OUT. You can goo on an all tweenky diet & stll lose weight(no it's not healthy lol) as long as it's not too much.

  • Doing the bicycle rotations (not the bicycle kick--like your actually peddling a bicycle, but lying on your back) AFTER you've already worked you abs is really great for toning. Always do targeting muscles excercises all at once for each area.

  • Have you ever done " V " snaps??? You lay down on the floor (straight) and you bring your legs up and try to touch your toes with your fingers, try to go up as far as you can

  • I understand what you mean about spot reducing. I've been trying to explain to my mother that doing weights everyday will not somehow melt the fat from her arms (that sounded a bit harsh). But thank you for pointing that out, it's a very common misconception. I subbed straight way because you obviously know what you're talking about. thanks for the vid.

  • Scientifically Its actually more difficult for women to lose weight in there hips than it is to lose weight in there stomach. The fat women deposit in there stomach, white fat, is bad fat, but is easier to loose than the weight in our hips, which is brown fat.

  • @blossomloveable I definitely don't...but everyone has it differently. Mine is really heavy and painful for the first 2 days, but I still don't go back to working out until it's done. Now because my period is so "strong" even though I eat either more food or less healthy, my body is burning more energy so I've never gained weight, if I'm lucky I even lose a pound. But it really depends on ur cycle. If it's pretty easy then I'd recommend working out when it's finish up, but not the first 2-3 days

  • @Danidaydream11 I have the same problem. I have troubles drinking enough water because I get sick from the flouride. You should hook up a brita filter or something to your tap. It will get rid of all that bad stuff in your water. I would get it myself but we have a dishwasher that when in use needs the tap so i cant get a filter because of the dishwasher.

    So your freezing, hurting, and if you talk or do it wrong she makes you do it for like 5min more.

  • thanks for the tips. but i've given up on planks forever. my old volleyball coach would make us do them all the time (especially for long periods of time when he was having a bad day. which pretty much every other day)
