I grew up listening to my mom and her parents sing this song. In the past six years both grandparents have passed away. This song brings back so many memories of hearing them sing together. This song is truly a blessing.
is this the group they have now? ive seen several videos on here of heirline but most show different people in the group. the lead singer is the only one that is the same.
@clewi1091 No this is not who they have now. As of now you will see Ernie Dawson- Lead Singer. His oldest son Eric Dawson aka Cornbread and his youngest son Landon Dawson and a female from Orangeburg, South Carolina. My brother is friends with Eric aka Cornbread.
Anybody have any clue who the tenor is? He's awesome. I know Ernie and Gary because I got to meet them many years ago when they played a small church in my community. Super guys and wonderful vocalists, but the tenor is a new one from the lineup they had back then.
I so wish today's Christian groups would learn from Heirline that we don't want to dance, we want to hear songs about Christ and what He did for us.
