Obama was in the Illinois Senate, running for Congress, and publicly spoke out against the war, risking his election (read his speech from 10/2/02). Bush used the tragedy of 9/11 to justify an unrelated and illegal war, and Clinton, along with 75% of Congress, allowed him to do it. This is why we need real change.
