Ehh... easier way to get a Siri voice (when you don't have Siri, like the iPod users out there) is to turn on Settings - General - Accessibility - Speak Selection, then slide the bar down to say a quarter of the way, then open Notes and type whatever you want her to say, then select it and hit right then Speak... quite easy actually
