Isuzu had awesome vehicles IMHO. The Rodeo, Trooper, Amigo and my favorite the VehiCross. I bought my Vehicross last month. Love it. Too bad Isuzu made some pretty crappy engines. They probably could still be alive in the States. They just needed to come out with cars that were more relevant to the times.
isuzu makes the diesels for gm. thats why the duramax is so shitty lmao. i love my 88 trooper II though. best vehicle i have ever owned and has 289k miles. the clutch finally went out and i have a egr leak on my #1 cly
well I bought two new Isuzus in 1988 a trouper and impulse turbo and the service mangager told me that gm owned a large part of Isuzu..I had nothing but trouble with both vehicles

No, actually, they don't. Isuzu is, however, bound to some sort-of contract with GM. Toyota actually owns 5.9% of Isuzu.
