Just had a nice fan on this one, sucking out form top. The jardin tent was pretty good on temps. Had heat problems with 600watt in 120x120cm tent, installed a cooltube on the light, and temps dropped. Might be worth going to buy yourself a cooltube reflector for the 250, with expectations that later you will use it with a larger light.

The other obvious option would be increase your fans cfm rating. The one used in this vid was something like 350cfm, blowing into a carbon canister.
