@hanylund I'm pretty sure I know what problem your having, when in single player, pull up your phone and multilplayer section in your phone, somewhere in there I'm not sure if it's in options or what but you'll find a preferences section, in that section there will be auto aim, police, and friendly fire, you can switch them to on, off, or don't care. That should solve your problem :)

It's the hardware that displays the video on your LCD, for example, Radeon HD3650, or Geforce 8400M, or an Intel....

To find out go to start, run, and type in dxdiag and press enter (press yes if you get a pop up asking). Then click on the display tab, and it should give you the name of the video card (graphics card).

yeah, that video card in your system is not comparable to the desktop version of the 9800, plus, CPU's for desktops and laptops perform differently, even if clocked at the same speed, with the laptop version usually performing not as well as desktops. I have trouble playing the damn game and I have a decent gaming desktop :P but for the most part you should be able to get medium settings out of it, depending on how much detail you want and what you consider playable.

You need high speed internet to play online. If you have access to high speed internet already, there is not a fee to play online with the PS3 and PC versions.

There are drivers to make your PS3 controller work with your PC if you have the USB cable (charging cable), but I couldn't get it to work with my PC, then again, I didn't try too hard since I already have a 360 controller which works very well on PC.

Yes, to play the game you need Rockstar Social Club and Windows Live installed and running. I didn't like the idea at first, but Windows Live makes it very easy to find friends who are on and join the server they're in.

Sometimes smaller screens are better since you don't need a very high resolution to make it look good... 3.25GB of ram will not give you the ability to play on max. It all depends on your system as a whole, CPU, video card, and RAM. Even then, with some pretty high end systems, GTA IV is not playable on max without lots of lag.

Well I'm not sure exactly what your question is regarding, RAM or Video Card Ram, but there is no video card with 3GB or more RAM, so you would have to be referring to system memory. Simply having 3.25GB of RAM will not allow you to get max settings on any current game, you need to know which video card and CPU you have and if they will handle the game.

well dont worry about the RAM, the video card will play, but it's going to be your biggest bottle neck. Is this a laptop you're getting? Looks good, you won't be able to max it out with that video card, and laptops generally run slower than desktops because of bus speeds. All in all, the video card will be your biggest obstacle and you will most likely be running the game on lower settings.
