I was Ike's drummer on that gig and was with him for 6 years. I can tell you this- Ike wants his music played and performed a certain way. It wouldn't matter if it were a 7-foot transvestite named Eddie. That sound is gonna be there and he will get it. Tina was the first and there have been many others. Granted, Tina defined the sound, perfected it, and many, including Brian Johnson from AC/DC have drawn from that style of über-screaming.
