All of the back round noise is cut directly from Once upon a Time in the West. I always took it at a reworking of the final scene between Harmonica and Frank.Much more sinister then the movie version.
@IAmVeryHappyZombie It's not you know, listen to them both together, The film soundtrack version has a full orchestra and female choral arrangement. The nephilim version guitar line is different as well.
