  • There's also a beautiful version of this tune on an album by Gordon Bok, Ann Mayo Muir, and Ed Trickett called A Water Over Stone put out by Folk Legacy records in the late 70s or early 80s.

  • Tune is "Lament for Owen Christy," composed by Jim Stewart of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. The original can be found on the eponymous album released by Jim's band, Hal an Tow, in the late 80s.
