Dale....excellent tutorial. You may have already done it, but if not, how about "Turn That Heartbeat Over Again". BTW...Great lesson on "Good Lovin' Gone Bad" as well. Have a good week bro!
That flame-top sunburst is gorgeous! Good video, I need a little more help with the chords....jazzy stuff isn't my strong point...but I love Steely Dan. And Jon Herington is awesome! Nice guy too! Thanks for posting!
Great tutorial.....Steely Dan has always been one of my favs. I play Kid Charlemagne as one of my practice tunes when jamming with myself. Have a good one.
KC is such a killer tune with one of the all time great solos!!! Sure appreciate the kind post and thanks for giving your time to check this out....dale.
Hey i'd like everyone to know that this guy CANNOT accept criticism as he will block you and cancel your posting. He sent me a private message and called me a "jerk"..how very professional and grown up.This all because i said his teaching methods are awful..which they are.NO split screen,NO full explanation on what the right hand is doing. The guy is out of his depth and he knows it.What a tedious jerk!

Not for the weak or timid....but your coverage and instruction of this difficult song is the best on the net. Most of us intermediate players are not familiar with jazz progressions like found in this excellent song.
This is awesome! I've been practicing this one for some time now, with great help from Howard Wrights website (you know it?), but you really make it sound 100%! More over, your explaning is very clear. Thanks to you I think I finally got it right now, thank you!
you are very kind and i appreciate your post! Thanks for watching - i am not familiar with HW website but will try to locate it. all the best with your music!
Great song and a fantastic job, Dale. I just finished learning this song. I find it very coincidental that a lot of songs you do lessons for I have either just learned or are about to start learning it.
hello Steve - sure appreciate you kind post....thanks! hope you are enjoying your music and it sounds like we'd have a great time playing some tunes together. Take care friend,
