100% clapton sound stimmt! ich denke auch, sass der Amp auch sehr speziell ist! geiles teil. ich hab auch ne stratocaster highway one bj 2003. das teil ist auch sehr ordentlich - da seinzige was mich stört bei meiner strat, ist dass sie sich ständig verstimmt durch den Vibrato

wenn du dein vibrato richtig eingestellt hast dürfte dass sich normalerweiße nach dem gebrauch des vibratos, also wenn du wieder spielst und dan die saite ziehst rutscht sie wieder in die richtige stimmung oder sonst bring sie einmal in einen musik laden zum einstellen

Das ist doch Bullshit! Maple ist IMMER glockiger, klarer, trockener, rotziger als Palisander (Rosewood)!! Aber vielleicht ist das ja eine Sache des persönlichen Geschmacks (...von ALLEN Gitarristen, mit denen ich darüber gesprochen habe)??

Wie siehts mit der Stimmstabilitaet vom Tremolo aus? Ich hab auf meiner Jeff Beck Strat so gut wie keine Verstimmungen. Beim Vintage Tremolo bin ich mir jetzt ned sicher, inwiefern das stabil ist.

@MeisterPopper1955 ja, ok. Soweit ist mir das klar. Mir gehts eher darum, ob das Tremolo selbst (die Mechaniken usw.) stimmstabil sind. Dazu spielt natuerlich auch die Stimmtstabilitaet der Tuner... weiszt du da genaueres drueber? Bei der Jeff Beck Strat hast ja z.B. locking tuner. Bei dieser hier nicht. :S

@JulianH21 Ich hatte mal eine silberne aus der allerersten Serie mit Lace Sensor golds. Da habe ich den Block rausgenommen, und das Vibrato war supergängig und stimmstabil. Bei der Jeff Beck ist das ja ein Messerkantensystem mit Rollensattel. Da kann die Clapton mit Vintage Vibrato und Tunern nicht so ganz mit. Also extreme Beck-vibros wären wohl nicht so stimmstabil.

was mir an strats nich so gefällt is das wenn ich meine hand auf dem steg ablege hau ich immer auf den pick up inner mitte... das ist echt nervig und vorallem kann man damit nicht so diesen schönen hard rock sound machen den man auf ner les paul hinkriegt... außerdem ist die les paul eine wunderschöne gitarre die ohne slash völlig untergehen würde. trotzdem klingt die eric clapton signatur ech hammer mäßig geil!

Ive got one, not the custom shop version the cheaper one but its got all the same bits in it tho, its awesome, the midboost makes it sound like its got humbuckers if turned right up!

I bought such a guitar a month ago, because i'm a great clapton fan! and well the pickups, TBX , neck and mid boost are awsome but the pickguard is bad! but in my point of view one the best strats ever

@bluesclaudio056 yes, the pickguard is only one ply, it must have a 3 ply for the price of that instrument, but is a very good guitar yet, and the lace sensors gold pickups are better for my taste...

Very good video and fantastic playing!!! What a great sounding guitar. But it seems that this is an ARTIST series EC strat and not a custom shop. The pewter (grey) color is only available in the artist series. Custom shop offers black, mercedes blue and midnight blue. I'm very glad to hear the less expensive model sound so good. Many thanks!
