this wont work on vista + 7 unless you have the classic theme on but I haven't tried that yet. The reason is it is now a picture (found in bitmaps on reshacker)
its simple if u dont believe dont try... but i promisse that is 100% working for Windows XP ... but i dont know if it works for vista.seven or any other version
