You have excellent taste in cars Bevan. My first car, back in Scotland, was an Imp and despite it's lack of reliability it was a wonderful drive. The Imp addiction even made it down to New Zealand. Check out the website for impwerks.co.nz It's run by Brian Braithwaite a local (Christchurch, NZ) Imp enthusiast who does amazing things with the wee beasts, particularly the engines. Cheers Jim
Thank you. Next year I intend to do a few historic rallyes with my Datsun SSS, that you can find in my more recent video. You are wellcome to visit us and please let me know.
Thank you for your comments. It is a very nice car, but needs a very good preparation by Imp specialists, otherwise you spend lots of time and money to get a reliable car.
Contact specialists to help you, that was my problem living outside UK.

Tanks for your kind comments.
My car was built by me, based on an immaculate ´70 Imp Super, that spent most of its life inside an house, absolutely rustfree.
Soon I will add new video, as the car is now almost completely finished, and I am driving it as much as possible, to debug normal small problems.

Um pequeno grande carro capaz de muitas emoções. Queremos vê-lo num pódio, um destes dias, ok?

Nice Imp! I had one back in the 1970s and it was great. Also had twin strombergs on mine.
