All we know is he wasn't drinking. I haven't heard much about this other than what happened. I kinda wonder if Biden just can't think of the fact it COULD be Neilia's fault. But then the truck driver could have changed the radio channel or grabbed his CB radio as he looked away. Plus, maybe he's seen the pictures of the wreckage and it looks like a drunk hit her car... I just don't know.
but it's a friggin LIE !!!! the truck driver was NOT drunk , nor had he any alcohol !!! and BIDENS WIFE WAS AT FAULT !!!
