This program is shit, honestly, like everyone have mentioned, bad form. The rapid movement makes it worse, these people are gonna have sore joints in the bad way. If you have motivation to do this something like p90x, you might as well just learn it the right way, with a Normal Gym and scheduled workouts, it'll pay of in the long run.
@TaurusJay they can say what they want about bp but I left heavy weights and I recently joined a bp class and started with 10 lbs and it was nthe hardest workout of my like bp may look easy but they wont know until they try!
@SenselessJM I DARE you to do it with 25 kilo's on the bar , look I can press 40 kg's 15 times in reps of 3 and between you have the break.... BUT can YOU do this bodypump 10 minutes without the break? with 25 kg's on the bar?...., I think NOT...I sure can, this is way harder then you think I know bodybuilders who can not even lift their whey shake after the bodypump work out , the guys were not so tough at the end any more they will never call this chicksport again
It's better for muscle stamina and endurence rather than building up muscles. Way too many reps with low weights... however, that's good for defining these muscles, so if you do your usual workout and throw in two BP classes a week, you'll get awesome results.
Good instructor - yeah ok maybe but man your feet are so wide are you trying to squat or something come on hip or even shoulder width as for swinging i can't see it everything else seems good.

heh, don't let the first muscle ache (and trust me it'll be EVIL) scare you away: BP whips you into shape REAL quick. I lost quite the weight when I started doing BP about 2-3 times a week. Plus it's fun and you have other class mates, so it's never tedious. I'm giving classes between 3-5 times a week depending on what time slot I get to fill (working in several studios) and I'm always having a blast.
For how long it'll take to lose weight? Depends on your diet, but doing BP will really help ^^
There's a choreography I have to follow for each track. It's fixed for the reason that it's easier to teach to newbies and experienced pumper can adjust their weight to their own needs
And most would understand it, taking your class?...saying I could go over there and start cranking away in English w/o problems...sounds pretty cool ...would make life so much easier...because it makes me cringe just to hear German (no offense-it is what it is)

Nope, but I use most of the english commands, anyway.
A biceps curl is a "bizeps curl" in German, so it's not that much of a difference XD
