I've heard about the consequences of using baking soda, so just to be safe I don't do this 3 times daily. Once a week, or every two weeks. Baking Soda isn't really responsible for oral issues; It's the kind of bristles your toothbrush has. Medium, soft, or extra soft. A medium toothbrush could lead to more pain, so you should use the soft, or a extra soft toothbrush when using baking soda.

@LeftKing Baking soda strips the enamel off your teeth, I don't think you'd be too bad off with one month, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because if you get special teeth whitening work done at the dentist you will have the worst pain you've ever felt because they now have little holes that lead straight to the nerves, which can only sense pain. Don't use baking soda!

Take little salt and add few drops of lemon juice or vinegar or just salt. after brushing teeth and washing mouth brush with salt for about 3 mins. You will see the difference instantly. do it like once a day. if your teeth is thin, for instance enamel is worn out you may feel tickling because of lemon or vinegar. in that case use only salt.

Well it should bring the lines out after a week or 2 , you have to do it 3 times a day and give em a good 5 min brushing , Mine were fairly stained from the cigs and after only a couple of days they were white again , its the chemicals in the B soda ...Just make sure you give a quick brush with toothpaste after the B soda brushing coz you have to rinse well , if B soda gets caught up in ur teeth it will rot them v quick..You really notice if some1 has bad teeth , the results r amazing ! goodluck

I put baking soda in a cup then mix a lil bit of water into it, it forms almost like a paste.. you will notice the difference between baking soda and toothpaste.. i personally love baking soda NO BAD BREATHE

the easiest way to brush with baking soda is to just put the toothpast on your brush and then dip it into the backing soda covering the toothpaste in it, then start brushing, it tastes nasty but youll get used to it
