I tried to find this bill and could not. I looked at Rep. F. Sensenbrenner's page on opencogress(dot)org and he hadn't sponsored or cosponsored any such bill in this session. I'd really like to call congress and oppose this draconian measure. Does anybody know how I can do that? Bill number/title please?!
