I love how people are citing this as originality on Madonna's part and ripping into GaGa and Britney for copying her when the artwork and performance basis of this were so heavily inspired by Kylie's 2002 performance of 'Cowboy Style' on her KylieFever2002 tour. You could use a website that makes Youtube audio into MP3s, but then you'd have all the jump rope stuff too. :/
