  • @ProjectRealityBf2 Russian language is great!

You Canadians do not even own language, silence would have been better!

  • @ProjectRealityBf2 you're typical dumb canadian. The Russian language is one of the closest languages to Sanskrit, the root of all indo-european languages, including English :-)

  • @Aloys22 ok how does that make it any less of a filthy language that is hard on the ears?

  • wtf

  • Im Mexican and im living in Russia, each day this country becomes more interesting and you learn alot of culture just walking by street and going by Metro.

    amazing place!

  • The subways goes so deep in the ground that they were and can be used as fallout shelters and bomb shelter against nuclear bombs. I am from US and was on the subway in St. Petersburg and I freaked, it goes down 10 stories escalator.

  • it is something like if bomb comes they go to metro and safe :o

  • I don't understand a word but i think this documentary is very interesting...

  • im indonesian..i cant understand russian word or russian language..hope someday i can speak in russia...! :)

  • @kanazef You have so right! I'm swedish... :S

  • @kanazef

the documentary is about Moscow subway... as you can see it was (and probably still is) used a fallout shelter in case of a nuclear attack

  • @kanazef It's similiar to polish. I can understand smoething. For example - after the alarm citizens of Moscow have 13 minutes to get into metro, inside the shelter.

There is very interesting book - Metro 2033 written by Dmitry Glukhovsky (hate that american form of his name, but I don't understand cyrylica) about Moscow Metro. Enjoy ;)

  • russian language looks and sounds cool.... wish i could understand it.

  • only 13 minuts O___o oh noooo

  • RANT RANT RANT RANT RANT :(

  • Russian fucking Ignorant!

  • Some people with lack of intellect will never learn, thats why we dont have such subways everywhere.

  • yes you right! :D

    inemtsev

  • umm the language is Russian- one of the richest languages in the world, you might have heard of it... maybe

wow schools in Canada must have went way down hill if Canadians are looking at a Russian video and still cant figure out which language is being spoken... sad

  • only 15 minutes... gosh. i can't leave my work in 15 minutes. America, we should live in peace!

  • Moscow Metro can load 9 million people per day so in case of nuclear attack same 9 million could get hide :D

  • Those doors were quite intresting

  • I suspect they were not intended for protection from a nuclear strike. When they were drafted and built, we were thinking only about conventional bombs to be dropped, not supermissiles, able to penetrate very deep into the ground.

  • but wont a nuclear missile shake the ground, virtually bearing these people their, like in mass graves????

  • tam ne shla rech o vodorodnoi bombe a o yadernoi. eto ochen' bol'shaya raznitza

  • Moscow metro system is ready for Nuclear strikes, you are see in the movie closing of big door. This door protect from infected air and water flows. All metro station has this kind of doors, they will automaticly closed after 13 minutes when siren's told about Nucler strike.

  • He said they used to hide there during WWII, and in one station you can hide a whole town, that'show big it is.

  • me quedo todo muy claro. gracias.

  • very interesting! Respect for all your architects&intellectual& for ALL Russian Nation!
