it did not help,i dont have my sound icon and when i go to tools and try to click on it

it says "There is no Active Mixer devices available. To install mixer devices, go to control panel, click Printers and Other hardware.. etc." you get me point but ive tried that and no matter what type of sound it is it wont play,even when i try itunes!
