The music playing when Goofy appears isn't the Goof Troop intro: this special came out around 87 or so, whereas Goof Troop cane out around '92. This special was also created years before the short-lived Teddy Riley/Guy "New Jack Swing" musical trend was invented.
I was in my teens when this special was broadcast that one and only time it was shown, and I really missed it! I'm just so glad someone had both the heart and ability to share it on here. ;) Thanks!

Great special. Some of the sped-up movements from the first part of the clip were a little jerky, and the Max Headroom reference really overdid it, but it was a great special nonetheless. Proved Disney was hip.
