@ItsiDawg Yeah i did say that 2 years ago. It developed to be amazing as what was expected of course. I didnt like it at the time it was 2G. Unbelievable now tho
thats ONLY a phone, an iphone is a phone, camera, video camera, can play playstation, gameboy, gameboy color, and gameboy advanced, sega genesis, nes, snes, and millions of other custom programs (if jailbroken). so stop crying about your shitty nokia because we all know its just because you cant afford an iphone.
@RyanChristianson I cant afford an Iphone? lol - well considering i work for O2 i can get one if i want. At this point im on the Blackberry for work and the HTC HD2 for personal use so don't tell me what I can't afford. I was right in what i said 2 YEARS AGO! now the phone is amazing don't get me wrong. Wasn't a fan though at the time it was 2G.
Yes I have. I lived in England for 2 years. I am considering moving there soon (my girlfriend wants to move to London and set-up a photography studio). It's just I don't know, the British are markedly less self-assured than North Americans.
I don't know if we are 'less self-assured'. On the contrary, we don't have to keep going around telling people how self-assured we are. I think that it is you that is insecure as you have to tell people just how self-confident you are and posting random statements putting others down. Moving to London? - don't, you wouldn't fit in. You'd be just to 'cool' for us. London might end up full of fat people telling everyone else how things should be done. That was sarcasm, I know you don't get it.
Because you have opened this... you will get kissed on the nearest possible Friday by the love of your life... if you don't break the chain. Tomorrow will be the best day of your life. However, if you don't send this to at least 10 people by the stroke of midnight tonight you will be forever cursed in love. Just copy and paste this.. Good Luck!
Im fed up with people saying it doesnt have bluetooth or wi-fi when it does! and this only 30% edge cover thing..so what wi-fi is everywhere these days so you can use that for the internet. and wi-fi is faster than 3G and doesnt ware the battery down half as much, so if they had put 3G in use lot would just be moaning about how crumy the battery life is...there is no way of pleasing everyone.
thankyou for setting it straight- after 4 months of owning one- it continues to amaze me -this is from one who worked with microsoft when it only had 200 employees -so i have seen it all-
The iPhone does not support tethering - i.e. you cannot use it to connect your laptop to the Internet while on the road. This makes it pretty much useless for serious work, as you have to do all browsing/e-mail/etc directly on the phone. The minimum tariff is £35/month, and that's while paying £269 for the phone. It does not support 3G, only Edge, which only has 30% UK coverage.
it has wi-fi which is everywhere pritty much these days, they've installed it on stagecoach busses, train stations, airports, even mc donalds and city centres so who cares about edge. but your right on the pay monthly im not going to get one because of the contract, if it was pay-as-you go i would have one by now. and 3G drains battery power like nothing else, if it had 3G you wouldnt get as much video or talk time, give it time it will get 3G when it doesnt drain battery life

Put it down to part of our charm...Isnt it exhausting being brash, loud and over-the-top all the time?
We just like to go about things in our own little way, in our own little country with our Brand new iPhones. lol

They should have released it with 3G, the fools. The UK isn't technologically backwards like the US when it comes to phones...

yeah you're spot on... £269 is a huge slap in the face huh ? i think 02 will drop the price after it's initial hype has died off. Must do...
