@DarklingRose13 It's got nothing to do with the manga or anime "Kimi Ni Todoke" the music video is it's own story the song is called "Kimi ni Todoke" and they used the song during season 2 of the anime but they don't have anything to do with each other

It's actually from an anime. The anime series is called Kimi ni Todoke, roughly translated meaning Reaching You in English. Very good series. Light hearted high school romance that is incredibly sugary sweet but unique enough to stand on its own from the myriad other romance stories out there.
