  • all you say is --what not ,something like that, or a little bump or something -like a diff type rim -its called a cast/mag rim, learn what things are called... you picked a great bike dude and it looks good keep up the great work

  • repl the cam covers with crome or something, what fag fur, shag. god sell that bike and get a scooter in pink

  • @katana258 they have been replaced bitch. gosh, you love jockeying my videos lol!!! ur my weirdest subscriber my little gremlin lad, you. ::pinch cheek::

  • Nice bike, nice dog. :)

  • @DKmhun thanks bro

  • lovely looking bike.........

  • @artman479 thaaaaaaank you.

  • Would you say the t100 is a better starter motorcycle than the A1 Bonneville?

  • @cv05c NO, this bike for me personally was at times, scary to ride because of its strength. Keep in mind it was my first bike ever-which was a foolhardy mistake of my own. i tell people now to buy a piece of junk off craigslist-ride it, drop it, crash it(lol), and when you have the hang of it-THEN buy your dreamlike..the bonnie :) hope that helps. stay safe! the A1 would be a decent choice but trust me you will drop it at some point!

  • The easy way to check if your tank is pre-drilled for metal badges is to look inside. It's kinda dark so you need to drop a match in there, or maybe a lighted newspaper.

  • @MrAlohashirt ...?

    LMAO.....

  • Comment removed

  • @imwatersoluable - kidding! Although my eldest brother was in our back yard one night long ago with his old British bike (a Villiers or something, if I remember right) and suddenly we saw an enormous flame shoot up into the night sky. He'd been checking his gas level by holding his lighter just above the filler cap.

  • @MrAlohashirt yeah i figured you were messing around-hilarious.

whoa, what the heck was he thinking?! did he keep his eyebrows at least?

  • I just bought the same bike, that had been in a front end collision for dirt cheap.

All I need now is the 19X2.5" 36 spoke rims that I haven't been able to find yet.

At least for less than an arm and a leg.

  • thebest bike in the world! many complimentz!

  • Thanks for the video. That's the exact same bike I'm looking to get, but in 2010 since there aren't any used 2009 available.

  • I just got the 2010 black and white. Did you ever remove the reflectors on the rear fender, and if so, was it easy with the new plastic fenders?

  • Very nice..Thanks

  • How much is this bike in Canada?

  • @MotorizedCow -100,000,000 yen. jk. i dunno man, prolly like 18,000

  • @MotorizedCow my dad picked up a 2010 T100 model with 4km on it for just over $10K. The only downside is that there's no storage for anything.

  • @MotorizedCow about 10,000

  • Thanks for putting up there! I'm gonna buy it next year.

  • I have finally purchased a 2009 T100 - Identical to yours. Thanks for your video - it is great!

  • sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

  • I want one too!!

  • no. u cant have one. lol. jk. go get one!

  • Gorgeous. Must have.

  • this is detailed, art.

i love the compact design of these classic bikes, and whats more its got around 60hp which is just fantastic.

    good old England :)

  • What a cute doggie!!! Is that some kind of tea cup chihuahua?

  • naw, hes a standard chihuahua. hes a full bred dog, no mixies. and it shames me as a complete heterosexual man, that he IS sickeningly cute.

  • I must have one!

  • u must go get one!!

  • thanks for the video as you said 09 bonneville videos are hard to come by, is that the standard seat or the gel seat?

  • the seat is the standard seat. i cant really feel any difference. but this is my first bike so i cant rteally comment. its not uncomfy though. thanks for the comments dude

  • Hey Great videos. You are right about there not being a ton of good vids about the Bonnie T100. I have a couple quick questions, but it wont allow me to ask you any questions since we are not "friends". I sent you a friend request so i could ask you those questions. Thanks again and great vids.

  • breck, we are OFFICIALLY friends!

lets schedule the first sleep over and fort building asap. send ur questions. fire away dude.

  • Thank you, everyone wants to show their bikes but never say anything about them. You should think about the NARK and an oil temp plug.

  • whats the NARK? school me.

  • Thanks for posting this video. I've always wanted a bonneville but there isn't a dealer close to me. The nearest dealer is 1200 kms away.

  • Just go and take a bus for the dealer and buy triumph. Then cruise your home with brand new Triumph

  • The only problem is warranty issues... If i had a problem with the bike the dealer is a long distance away. Unlike my local Yamaha, Honda, kawasaki..etc shops are only 5 minute drive away. So as you can see it would be nice to have a triumph dealer closer. That is the only thing holding me back from purchasing one.

  • dude, warranty issues are the least of your well placed concerns. triumphs are REKNOWN for being tanks.and theres always asking a friend to borrow his pickup, or you could just RIDE IT THERE. the bike isnt going to spontaneously combust mid ride. juss saying. buy a triumph dude, just do it. or youll never do it. please?

  • First, thanks so much for posting the videos of your bike. Until today, I'd looked at the T100 only on the Triumph web site. But, on my way back from a meeting in Seattle this morning, I decided to stop by the local Triumph dealer and look at the bike in person. Wow. It's just beautiful.

A question for you: how long have you been riding, and how easy is the T100 to ride? I'm brand new to motorcycles, and wary of getting myself into a bike that is tricky to ride.

  • you are VERY welcome.i have had this motorcycle since april and that is the beginning of my rider history. i took a safety course which i would HIGHLY recommend. to answer your question, being a "beginner" CAN be quite scary.making turns at lights, going into first gear in traffic, almost getting nailed on the freeway, not feeling in control of something 50x stronger/faster than you is really unnerving and can be difficult to get your head around. but LEARNING how to ride a triumph is very easy.

  • i can appreciate your wariness and its the intelligent thought process, so if your interested i would recommend taking a rider course and if it isnt intimidating and u have the $,go buy a CHEAP motorcycle off craigslist and ride that for 2/3 months, sell it, and then buy a triumph because TRUST ME, you WILL drop it.its better you get used to another bike to reduce your chances of dropping ur new triumph at first because one thing to get used to as a first time rider is the bikes weight.

  • So did you ride alot before you bought this bike? Im only asking because im wanting to get a new bonnie myself and am only a casual rider. just alittle putting around town on a old honda shadow. i dont want a bike with massive power that i cant control but also i want a bike i can take on day trips. do you think this bike would be a good idea or should i move on to another one? Thanks.

  • i got an 09 efi last november. just a stock bonne, have put staintune pipes an 8500km an love it. they handel well go well stop well... good on gravel/dirt even in mud. well balanced. good build but the spokes rust up easly, anyway very happy with the bike, it took my arse an the seat about 3000km to make freinds, can ride all day now. happy bonne owner

  • Nice one mate! I'm considering getting the same bike and appreciate your insights. Anyway, greetings from London!

  • Tha's a yummy bike XD

  • Are you still happy with the bike? Picking up mine at the end of the month...

  • hell yeah, its a forever motorcycle.

  • Damn, no complimentary Chihuahuah?

  • LOL. not this one!! frankies badass dude. not a typical pain in ur ass, barking chihuahua. thanks for the comment and rating if you rated. youve got ome pretty sick clips too btw.

  • Gracias. Hopefully within the month I'll have my Thruxton or Bonneville.

  • Very nice video. I know you're stoked about your new bonnie. I still love mine two years after purchase. I actually used the oil pressure warning light once when something ruptured my oil filter. The light immediately came on and I was able to shut the bike down right away, thus avoiding engine damage.

  • Thanks for trying to be informative! I am looking into buying a Bonneville and you are right, not many videos out there. I was wondering if the red idiot light is a temp warning light. I am concerned about the air cooling as apposed to water cooling. I just don't want the bike to get too hot in traffic.

  • the red light is an oil light...it comes on every time you start the bike, and then goes off. if the light comes on whilst riding, pull over immediately and call a tow truck and/or check the oil, refill and try to get the shop, etc.

no worries on commuting with the '09...i commute on mine everyday...it's great in traffic and no problems thus far with engine temp...just recommend taking out the air injection unit if you don't live in California.

  • What is the air injection?

  • it's a system where air is 'injected' into the exhaust pipes; basically, it makes the engine run more hot. I believe EPA standards and California standards require it, but no one else. The bikes are equipped with this system in order to be compliant before shipped to the USA. My guess is that other states will adopt the California standard in the coming years, so when I have the system taken out, I'll likely save all of the parts (may have to go back to the shop to have it put back in, etc.)

  • Dsmith, mccameyk is correct in the red light description. its like how cars have many lights turn on then off when you turn the ignition on, but then turn off in about 5 seconds or so. i live in the pain in the ass silicon valley so im always in traffic, so to answer your question, overheating is NOT a problem for me whatsoever.

p.s. get a bonneville asap, cuz they rock. lol.

  • Nice Bonne. I'm trying to decide on which of the Triumph Modern Classics I want the most. I went to the dealership today to take a look at them and I noticed you mentioned weight. This will be my first bike and I'm leaning towards the Thruxton right now. When I sat on it today I noticed it was a little heavier than I expected, but I'm 5'8" and it seems like a good height accomodation. Do you know if the Bonne's are heavier? They seem bigger to me.

  • you know, at first it DID seem heavier, significantly heavier, but the weights between the bikes i was looking at was about 30/50 lbs. and this T100 without gas was basically the OTHER bike i was interested in weight, WITH gas. so i figured what the hell, its pretty much the same. and after a week, maneuvering around ur driveway is natural and weight literally becomes meaningless and truly unnoticeable .

  • Great to see your video - I am also looking to buy a 2009 T100. Thanyou!!

  • right on! this motorsizzle is awesome, hope you buy soon. lemme know if you have any questions with anything regarding the anatomy of the Triumph since theres really nothing very detailed to look at or learn from online.

  • oh good i expected it to bee 100 do to the 100 in the name but nice

  • T100 refers to 100mph not 100cc.

Eg. a T140 refers to 140mph for that model.

  • wait so its a 100cc bike no shit

  • nah, these models are 865!
