I am still puzzled by the "classless" comments on this video. A opposing fan was sitting in our student section and the fans heckled him until he was asked to leave, what is wrong with that? Should they all introduce themselves personally and ask him if he wants any refreshments? If it was a Mizzou/Kansas/iowa state it might be ok, those games are different. This was a UT fan. Im a tech student, this does not embarrass me one bit. The goal post video does embarrass me though.

State of the Art Press Boxes. I lived in Lubbock my whole life and went to plenty of Texas Tech Games. The stadium is by a freeway now, its all just dirt and run down buildings. Going to a tech game is like going to a glorified high school game. I now to go TEXAS,which has a stadium that can hold almost half of Lubbock, and has the biggest high def screen in the nation. Tech is a shithole. Their team this year is legit, not to take anything from them, but the fans, stadium, and campus are trash.

Mike Leach has excellent offenses every year that blow out mid-major and middle of the road opponents, but the only wins over big teams that he has under his belt are close ones that are down to the wire. Any defensive coordinator worth his paycheck doesnt necessarily have to stop his offense, just contain it enough for his team's offense to put more points on the board. Tech is and always has been a one trick pony.

I never said "stop" your offense. Like I said, any defense worth a damn can hold Tech to a field goal once or twice and win, so long as the offense keeps piling the points on. Texas has been able to do that with ease every time they play Tech, and I see no reason to think any differently this year. Hard game probably, but I'll bet money that Texas plays harder and better than Nebraska did against Tech a few weeks ago. No overtime needed.

These numbers seem to jump out at me, Tech is 0-7 all time against the no. 1 ranked team, Since 1995 vs. any opponent, Tech after beating a ranked opponent has only won once, Texas has won 8 of the last 9, and finally what makes you think your offense will have that type of production? The bad decision making skills ended last season. If you haven't heard Colt is completing over 80% of his passes. He won't buckle under pressure because he has the intelligence to run and pick up yards when the pocket is closing and the receivers aren't open. If you haven't seen the opponents that the Red Raiders have faced the past 3 games, they aren't the best teams out there. While they play teams at the bottom of the Big 12, we have been playing the ELITE in the Big 12.

The UT fan was sitting in the student section. He was not a Texas Tech student. He got asked to leave the student section because he failed to produce a Texas Tech student ID.

State of the Art Press Boxes. I lived in Lubbock my whole life and went to plenty of Texas Tech Games. The stadium is by a freeway now, its all just dirt and run down buildings. Going to a tech game is like going to a glorified high school game. I now to go TEXAS,which has a stadium that can hold almost half of Lubbock, and has the biggest high def screen in the nation. Tech is a shithole. Their team this year is legit, not to take anything from them, but the fans, stadium, and campus are trash.

Mike Leach has excellent offenses every year that blow out mid-major and middle of the road opponents, but the only wins over big teams that he has under his belt are close ones that are down to the wire. Any defensive coordinator worth his paycheck doesnt necessarily have to stop his offense, just contain it enough for his team's offense to put more points on the board. Tech is and always has been a one trick pony.

I never said "stop" your offense. Like I said, any defense worth a damn can hold Tech to a field goal once or twice and win, so long as the offense keeps piling the points on. Texas has been able to do that with ease every time they play Tech, and I see no reason to think any differently this year. Hard game probably, but I'll bet money that Texas plays harder and better than Nebraska did against Tech a few weeks ago. No overtime needed.

If you really wanted to rub salt in an open wound, you could have posted that garbage 3 or 4 days after the game. What you're doing is trolling, based on the fact that you're just now getting up to talking trash about a game that happened 3 weeks ago. If I were you I would be more worried about Oklahoma right now than anything else. Of course, when Tech loses you can go back to the apathetic fan of Tech ball that you once were. Texas won a championship in 05 and OU ain't done shit since 2000. OU sucks.
