  • THE HIGHWAYMEN - probably four of the greatest talents to come together and produce some of the best music any country fan (true country music fan) could ever wish to hear! ! !

  • man.....look at that mullet. GO WILLIE!!!

  • I am 21 and heard his songs a few years ago and sinds then I'm hooked.

  • NONE BETTER !!

  • Flippen sweet..........

  • the best damned band there is,there was and there ever will be

  • @BERRYGOODSTUFF . . . SCOTTSDALE, PROBABLY Jay-Dee's in the riverbed. Or am I mistaken?

  • Willie really knows how to play guitar. I've seen him 7 times live, sometimes at close range. He knows how to do it.

  • 55 years I did this lifestyle... and it was incredible... but, I'll tell you... Later on, there is a cost ;-)) so my friends... boogie like a king but watch the booze a little...

  • all i can say is i love this song and willie

  • I;ve known Willie since before his guitar got it's battle scars.Willie my friend ,You are a True Poet!

  • The way his friends pay homage to Willie is just one more proof of his Greatness

  • Willie is fabulous.I see him everytime he comes to kentucky.Luv this man.

  • There's no one like Willie, especially in person. Nice intro by Waylon, too bad he lost his life at an early age. I saw him perform before he was known in a little club in Scottsdale in the mid 60's. Who knew? But Willie, wowie zowie! Incredible song writer and this was one of his best.

  • Another tasty solo from Willie. The tone that Trigger makes is truly sublime. Some of the best guitar tone recorded comes from him playin that guitar. Truly legendary

  • Great song by Willie and the C-6 Steel playing by Robby Turner is fantastic!!!He was only a kid at this time!!!

  • There used to be a video of Willie and Eric Clapton doing this song, but it got pulled. It was a real good mixture.

  • Joy

  • Just too good!! Love it.

  • best group of singers ever

  • Good stuff! Go Willie !

  • This is such a great song, a mix of country and jazz, there should be more music like this!

  • I completely agree, very cool song.

  • willie is so cool he put the mullet back in style!

  • WILLIE is the man

  • dude i know my room mate should be in a nuthouse,

  • I am trying to get my room mate to check himself into the nut house so I play this song constantly

  • his guitar playing is great

  • I love Willie, I love them all.. Thank you!

  • Possibly the most talented stage in the history of country music.

  • @mka800

No, the most talented stage in history, since Johhny Cash went on tour with Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison, and Elvis.

  • @mka800

    This is blues, not country.

  • @NorwegianHonor

Hey fella, Willie doesn't just sing Country. He sings Blues, Jazz, Popular Ballads, in fact any genre you care to name because he is just such a wonderful musician with perfect tone and timing. He's one of the all time greats and at 77 can still pull in the crowds and pack out the theatres even though he's touring for most of the year, every year and he does it with his own small band, no dancers, no fancy lighting and no fireworks. Willie Nelson is simply the best.

  • @spanishjohn2008 even reggae. toots hibbert and he are brilliant.

  • @NorwegianHonor And?

  • Sweet!

  • mallet!!!!!

  • can't remember such a great song; easy to listen to time and time again

  • If you can`t relate to this song then you don`t know blues or country cause this song tells about life in it`s self. Willie is THE MAN behinde both !!

  • Who's the steel player on this video? Nicely done, Willie sounds unusually inspired here...

  • The Steel player is the fantastic ROBBY TURNER

    playing C6th.

  • class wilie sittins haer with a fat splif the life

  • Willie Nelson is a national treasure. It was touching to see Waylon Jennings clapping and in awe of his good friend in this video.

  • Great, just give me Waylon, Willie and the boys. I don't need any fireworks or smoke and mirrors like they seem to need today.

  • Make sence to me... where are ya... love this stuff... just saw willie in ornage county calif... last fri... the best.

  • I'm not a big Willie Nelson fan, but this is a great song from Willie's great song writing days in the early 60's, when he penned "Crazy" and "Hello Walls".
