Maybe it will be one character but there will be a customization option like saints row? Also, if it is just Los Santos, which is supposed to be LA, think of the L.A. Noire Map, which was fairly large.

Yea that dude with the green sweater has to be a playable character... why would he randomly be walking down a run down neighbor dressed like hes from vinewood? Hes also shown driving that jetskie. The guy in the red car has to be one too because they showed him twice as well: letting the top down and then driving away from police. The other black guy with tatts and the white guy could be playable as well.

I doubt that was CJ, because san andreas was set in 1992, and GTA V will probably be set now, so 2012. So if CJ was about 20 in SA, he will be 40 in GTA V, and that guy didn't look 40

The thought that San Fierro and Las Venturas (and their country side equivilants) being released as DLC was precisely what I was thinking when R* comfirmed that Los Santos and their version of the Central Valley (or at least what I think it is a mocked Central Valley) will be the primary setting for Five. It's not gonna be Tommy vercetti or have CJ or have the Grove street gang. Have you guys not learned from GTA 4? The old cannon is gone and so are all the old characters and gangs. I don't get why everyone keeps on insisting that someone from some old gta game is present. No gta characters from any old game were in GTA:4. This is a new cannon and the only returning characters might be from gta 4 (or some reference to them)

There are tents in the game. which could mean you could go camping in the woods. But interaction with tents is probably not be in the game. Also one thing you missed but hardly important is random license plates are back rather than GTA 4's city name. I'd be pretty dissappointed if there wasn't surrounding cities around los santos. I loved the san fierro and las venturas parts of SA.

0:51, you can see a pierce shop behind the red car. Maybe you will not be able to enter it, but maybe you can which brings customization into the picture. Also the fact that you're an mid-age family man (with probably at least one of the characters) doesn't excludes hookers in the town. Maybe your family gets killed by an old 'contact' that you owe some money which brings you on the criminal path once again. That would be a pretty typical R* storyline, there always has to die someone... :(
