@Xim13 the whole workout has an afterburn effect because of the intervalls and the short rest period inbetweent. you have to push as hard and as fast as you can to get the best benefit out of it. those workouts you can do as often as you want. 5 times a week is perfect if you want results fast. but dont do the exact same workout every day. check out my other videos to get an idea what a workout week of mine looks like
Holy crud. This looks ridiculously difficult. You are clearly in great shape and even you're having a hard time.
I doubt many people will have an easy time trying this for the first time, but I'll be damned if I'm not going to try it.
