why cant i get the wax to hold on to the sand once its dry? it just keeps on falling off. when i hit it with the heat gun it just gets worse. any ideas? thanks
@ShaunaEmm 100% correct, temp is the key. dont know how hot but, the hotter the better is right. only prob now is this weird sink hole that happens down the center even after it seems its dry. other than that, this is one of the coolest things my wife and I' have made.

You could probably even do a collection of them as a beach theme and add some small sea shell type stuff in the wax or glued around the edges!!!
