dont worry, you might not be able to see the theme at first but what you do is to make sire that the theme is saved in the themes file, restart your PC, and try every theme file until you find it.

If you upgrade to Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (In microsoft updater) then you may be able to see it, and it will be called Windows Vista Basic.

The only thing that happens when you upgrade to serivice pack 2 will do nothing to your files, just your toolbar will go to a windows 98 default toolbar. and how to upgrade is very easy, just go to your windows update in Vista, and search for upgrades, and install.
