thought i'd give an update to say thanks for the tip, staretd doign this with my coaching videos, i sometimes zone out during the vid, I do this and i'm attentive all the way through thanks again, I usally drift off way to easy like 30 mins in haha
something i shoudl do iguess, keep my mind in the present after slogin a massive gind out, my mind does autopilot alittle to often, if only i could get adderall
Great video, never thought about that before. I have a problem with tilting, i can fortunately quit when i feel it coming, but this is really bad for me ev wise as the only time i tilt is when a fish keeps getting lucky after i wait and trap. I'm gonna go buy some rubber bands tomorrow :)
thanks for the videos, enjoy the insight. Rational thinking, I believe if you can be consistent with the shocking it can help. For example, if you really are tilting, tired or making emotionally charged decisions and can successfully "snap" out of it (no pun intended) by snapping the band, you can begin programming that feeling into your muscle memory. Sort of like learning a musical instrument.
After a while, you will not need the physical shock the more success you have with it. GL phwap
I ran out of space... so I think it heavily relies on not just being shocked but being able to tie the feeling to a successful change in mental state. With practice and repetition it can become instinct! Great idea and I may pick this up.

this is why you will never play in the nose bleeds. Ivey takes a mallet to his testicles when he drifts off

Good video man. It saddens me that you are not able to play poker online. I live in Canada, any thoughts about moving here to keep playing?
