  • This is a very "ten" video. =p

  • When are Americans stop the flag waving and all the knee jerk comments about freedom and liberty and "rights"??"best country in the world!!" Tell me? While you were reading the sports pages and voting for people over trivia like gay marriage, abortion and the like bit by bit your country has been stolen out from under you. Corporations rule: their money puts politcians in office (you have allowed this...) and the politicians do as they are told. So you get this. You get Blackwater. Too late...

  • I can understand being told not to talk to them basically because its reckless & inappropiate your not giving the whole view on the cleanup doing this right at the beginning your obviously going to get the worst opinion rather than be sensible about it and do it at the end and compare the cleanup end result to what it was like before the spill.

  • I trust bp.

    Not

  • Can I yell from a distance? Lmao

  • I would just go thorught that bitch guard and talk. He would do nothing in front or without cam. America is fascist country, but not to that degree.

  • Wow i just cant understand how normal people can accept this shit from power-maniac moneywhores like this company and sooooooo many others.

Why do we accept this shit put them in jail for obstruction of law simple as hell.

  • The video of the oil gushing out of that broken well was leaked.BP would've just kept on saying that it's not that bad

  • i am a contractor for BP (email me plz) the media twist things around

  • @robertray1999 I sure hope not. No wonder they're such a crap company. You're supposed to capitalize the first letter in your sentences, especially I's when they're standalone. Also your sentence doesn't have a end. It's a public beach, theres no twist, you're just a tool.

  • Those two little fckrs look like cub scouts. Why would anyone listen to them?

  • Thanks for making and posting this.

  • bp doesnt own the fucking beach

  • Woot go reporter! Don't back down!

  • The bottomline of that beach incident: Don't talk to bots, they can respond.

These bots are everywhere. They are lobotomized, mindless slaves to the Orwelian regime. They are lost already and can't be recovered.

  • bastards

  • I guess we have to keep taking all this bs along with all the other bs. ONe day though all and I mean all these guys will have to answer to the Almighty God for their actions. Eternity is a long time. Where do you think these guys are going to be for Eternity?

  • Wow bullshit im glad the reporter at least fought to talk to the workers, and didnt just giving up saying: oh ok

  • what fucking bullshit BP

  • BP Has paid off most of all the needed people to just siphon the oil off the spill instead of stop it.

  • No one exercises their rights until it pisses someone off. The truth

  • LMAO

  • Un-educated Security guards who try to over use their power.

  • I strongly recommend watching: money as debt, freedom to fascism, ring of power, 911 mysteries, viberation creates form, behold a pale horse, 2012 enigma, esoteric agenda, anthrax war, endgame, Jim Marrs the 4th reich, the polarity matrix field, Graham Hancock - Quest for the Lost Civilization, Michael Tsarion - Architects of Control Program, Tom & Jerry Illuminati Pyramid, The Celestine Prophecy, 911 b4 911- The Lone Gunmen, Think Free : Bursting Bubbles of Gov, ALEX COLLIER at the Camelot...

  • @hhr62 lol damn right. That would be so damn funny to happen haha

  • And people wonder why America is going after BP after this oil spill.

  • these security guards taking things WAY to serious!

  • Having BP operating this oil well is like have natzis Disguise in U.S. army uniforms sneaking in the U.S. missile defense only to get a hold of the switch and turn it on the U.S.

  • I love how Stenk just makes shit up and the lib nuts eat it up. Was there instructions that the employees ignore the directive or is this just Stenk making shit up? Making shit up. Does BP fire people for talking to the press or is this just Stenk making shit up? Making shit up.

  • @BriansVideoHobby "Was there instructions"... I see that protesting education thing is working out well for you republitards.

  • My conversation would have gone like this:

    - Can I interview that worker over there?

    - No

    - Watch me

  • "Can I yell from a distance?"

    BEST.

  • not only does BP own the ocean they control access to a public beach

  • I applaud the reporter for keeping his cool.

  • @jerryatrix9 You're re-framing the debate. It was about them getting to talk to employees with the beach in the background.

If you want to turn it into some sort of disingenuous argument Public rights access, go head. Maybe BP should have got it zoned of at the tax payers expense. Maybe it's too much to ask for people to think for themselves and not go on a beach covered in oil.

Hell, next time you see a street artist with a pavement chalk drawing, walk through it...Its your public RIGHT!!!!

  • take your mic and stick it up your ass!!

    Let them do there JOB!!!!

  • @1inkdaddy Their job should be to get as far from the beach as humanly possible. And all be arrested and thrown in jail. If I was that reporter I would have taken that mic and beat down both of those traitor mercenary pieces of shit and told them to GTFO of this country.

  • The reporter should have asked what the guy was prepared to do if he did not comply with his demands.

Are you going to arrest me sir?

    "That's not important right now."

How will you stop me from talking to the workers, or even approach them for that matter?

    "That's not important right now."

I am 5 inches taller and outweigh you by 50 pounds, what are you going to do?

    "That's not important right now."

How about you guys leave me alone and clean up some oil?

    "That's not important right now."

  • @chocomalk LMAO! Oh wait thats not important right now. HA!

  • @chocomalk LOL! That would have been some epic oWnage!

  • seize all BP assets and funds in US banks and territory and ban all BP and BP affiliated companies from operation in NA.

  • @Fulcanelliii hell yeah!

  • i think obama should give back the record high any politician has gotten from big oil a massive 750 million in campaign contributions to help clean up the oil something he hasn't thought of yet!!!

  • can we get the volume turned up on the some of these videos?

  • wtf??

  • It's funny to see some douche for hire like this that couldn't get a job as a security guard at a mall strutting around trying to order people around. Look at him with his stupid hands on his hips and puffing his man tits out like he's going to do something. What's he going to do? He touches you and that is just one more law suit BP gets to pay.

  • BP stands for Butt Penetration...

  • stupid BP workers. Reporters have a right to report and film in a location unless they get dismissed by military personnel.

  • BP=SHIT

  • bp needs a sign on their headquarters.. EVERYBODY PAY ATTENTION, WE ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING, SO WE CAN PAY FOR THE FUCKING MESS WE MADE

  • this is fing reldvious i mean seriously they act like they wanna cover this crap up

you can't talk to the people cleaning it up.

its like the guy in the family with autism nobody talks about or something

    a bad commercial

    this is pathethic

  • What is needed is for thousands to go to the beach, state its a public beach and that they will not interfere with any workers, but that they intend to use the beach.

  • America - this is FACISM - shoot the fuckers.

  • The reporter was awesome.

  • What is it with Americans and authority? Give them an inch of power and goes straight to their heads.

  • your looking too much into these are renta cops just protecting there asses. and fuck that If i'm on brake I don't want to talk to anyfucking reporters so maybe they asked the renta cops to keep reporters out.

  • seriously it's a public beach. if iwas the reporter i would be like fuck off , its a public beach i will go where i want on public property and if you stop me its an assault charge

  • @MinisterKGB Amen to that. These guys are paid off to keep any negative coverage from coming their way, its propaganda that they're trying to sell, propaganda and censorship.

  • I love how BP is more focused on cleaning up its IMAGE rather than doing any ACTUAL cleanup.

  • Its a public beach and BP doesn't own their employees. He can do what he wants. If they touch him then they will be paying out the ass.

  • The worker wouldn't have talked to him anyways. He would be afraid to lose his job if he said anything.

  • it's open season on BP. your on our time now.

  • Eh, I doubt it's about anything other than that one power-hungry little goon wanted to keep press away, or that goon's immediate boss. I suspect he's in a lot of trouble now.

  • Someone is asking for a microphone enema. OUCH.

  • "(as a BP employee) I am employed to keep this beach safe"

am I the only one that caught the irony in a statement...

  • @enacra101 yea.... no danger except the rent a cop

  • @enacra101 hahaha yup!

  • @enacra101 haha be careful what you wish for xD

  • Its too bad that the reporter didnt simply walk through them. If they touched him, he may end up OWNING Talon Security. Either way, these two dildos made themselves and BP look HORRIBLE. Public Relations DISASTER. How can you look worse after fucking up the entire Gulf Coast? THIS IS HOW.

  • some random security guard = BP? dont think so

  • I Wonder If You Light A Match And Throw It In The Water If The Whole Gulf Of Mexico Would Catch On Fire?...Hmm....

  • Is it me or did those two guys look Cub Scouts, with the back packs and handkerchiefs.

    :P

  • @Joxman2k And they gay sense of fake authority, too. xD

  • @MarkDoesWork

They were given authority by the Cub Leader ... maybe they will earn their Merit Badge for Pretending to be a Security Guard on a public beach :) They were doing their good deed by not letting a worker become stressed :)

    :P

  • @Joxman2k You get thumbs up for being hella funny! I cant top your jokes, so thats all I can really do.

  • @MarkDoesWork

    Thanks :D

  • Sickening. I hate BP more everyday.

  • Why are BP execs NOT being led away in handcuffs??!! They are lying SOB's and obstruct clean up, obstruct the truth and are hooligans. Look at them all tough... Who the hell do they think they are? They should be ASHAMED to work for this company! Douse them in oil and light a match.

  • Now that's what I call real news coverage!!!

  • Boycott BP

  • @jackal912 lololol

  • Anyone been back there with say, the local sheriff backing them up yet?

  • This is why i dont support republicans and their "small business talk"

  • @Tony007corp HAHAHAHA AND LIKE THE DEMOCRAT PARTY OF OBAMA IS DOING SOMETHING?! HAHHAHAHHAHAHAH

  • @vopat using caps=fail, weak or retarded point

  • @vopat Vopat supports BP

  • @johnny718bravo YES I LOVE BP... I LOVE HOW THEY ARE RAISING GAS PRICES... I LOVE THAT THEY ARE TAKING UP NATURAL RESORCES... No I dont Support BP. I Think they are greedy and all they want is greed THEY WILL SPEND Millions of dollars to drill but when something happens what are they doing. What is Obama doing to help protect the states being effected by the spill? Nothing. Its a modern day Bush with Katrina.

  • @vopat Last time i checked when congress tried to increase the liability for BP to 10billion from like 10 million it was republicans who blocked it under the cloak of " protecting small business" thou i will agree Obama is being soft on BP dems have been hard on them in general thou.

  • love the video and interview. haha-larious.

  • @nowisthetime1010 The 1st amendment has been trashed a long time ago.

  • AMERICA MUST NUKE THE BEACHED POISON (BP).

  • @jerryatrix9 That's a separate issue. You are expanding the argument to public rights of way.

This video was not commentary on Public access. It was about a news crew having the right to bother clean up workers. There employer said no, end of story.

If you're concerned about public access to the beach, BP maybe should if got the police to zone it off. Personally I'm not interested in rights of access to a ruined beach. I just want to see it cleaned up and the local people compensated.

  • I just watched Cenk telling me a Congressman should be stopped in the street and detained by each person who wants his time, whoever wants to pretend to be a journalist. But, here Cenk says no one but authorized officials should impeed a journalist. Hmmm, seems a ridiculous double standard to me.

  • @JWY If you are talking about the Dem from NC. Cenk said the guy should of just kept walking. I don't think he said he should stop and talk to them and then give endless interviews to anyone who asks.

  • thats to BS to be real BS.

  • That was awesome! Love the reporter going all Dan Rather on the guy.

  • @ExposingTheGOP lol, You call me a homosexual as an insult but you liberals always preaching tolerance and acceptance of homosexuals.. You are a hypocrite! Why don't you do the world a favor and hang yourself

  • BP is only a small example of Corpy America. The U.S. is in so much shit right now, most Americans don't even know it.

  • What doesn't make sense to me is those workers are only hurting themselves because they are local residents and without honest media coverage, they cannot assess the extent of the damage and they are not going to be compensated because BP will downplay the damage. It's ridiculous! I would have laughed in that guys face and asked, "Where's your badge? You got handcuffs? No? Get the fuck outta my way."

  • I mean I understand the whole dont bother people on break because if I was a worker and I was workin in that hot sun all day Id tell the reporter to fuck off lol.

  • My favorite part was "Can I yell from a distance?"

  • @emilm91 NO! You can't! Lol! My favorite part too.

  • Well...don't get me wrong, BP is slime, but I think your imagining some stuff here. Some dude mopping up oil on the beach needs to be interviewed by the press? Realistically, that dude, taking a break on what is undoubtedly a pretty hot beach is just not going to have anything newsworthy. I think, rather than assume BP is trying to hide what is already plainly obvious, and that is that they were negligent, that "security" dude was more likely trying to allow the guy to have his break in peace.

  • why doesnt TYT ever mention the 2 american companies involved in this disaster. the company who built the platform and the company who maintains the platform for BP they are as much to blame as BP but cause they are american everyone seems to forget about them. typical americans blame everyone else but there own. TYT should be ashamed for not giving all the facts about who was involved its utterly shameful.

  • @insignia0 TYT HAS talked about the other 2 companies involved, MANY times, and with as much criticism. This particular video has nothing to do with the other two companies........TWIT!

  • BP: British Pricks.

  • "You are interfering with their rest"

    LMAO!

  • There is nothing wrong with BP trying to keep annoying reporters off of a job site while they are working, how would you like it if someone came in while your on air and started asking you questions? Quite frankley, it is appaling how this aministration and the liberal media have crucified free market and capitalist principles by attacking BP on this minor oil leak, when the true blame lies on the enviromentalists who forced BP to drill in dangerous waters, and the regime that over regulated.

  • @tehant1liberal So you have a poster of Adolf Hitler above your bed.

  • @tehant1liberal

they see me trollin, they hatin

  • @tehant1liberal environmentalists forced them to drill in dangerous waters HAHAHA

  • @tehant1liberal Capitalist principles? Please explain what you mean. You sound like Sarah Palin trying to explain the bailout. Also the blame lies with those who built and those who were supposed to maintain the rig.

  • Google "BP Hires Mercs to Block Oily Beaches" June 15, 2010, From the news company Wired

  • lmao........ BP security has full authority over a public beach. lmfao........ I would have been like "look here, i know you need your 10 dollars an hour but fuck off1"

  • who were the 8 dumbasses that disliked this?

  • FUCK B.P.

  • "You are interfering with their rest."

"Can I yell to them from a distance?"

    "No."

  • BP "FUCK YOU"

  • Is it just me or is British Petroleum essentially policing US territory? It's bad enough for a US corporation to do that, but one from another country? You've got to be fcking kidding me!

  • @DRok112 British Petroleum doesn't exist. "BP" is the merger between British Petroleum and the AMERICAN Amoco. BP is just as much American as it is British. This is exemplified by Americans and Brits both owning 40% each of company's shares.

Also the rig was built and operated by Americans (Transocean & Haliburton) and had American workers.

Don't be fooled. Obama is playing the "foreign country" card to galvanise the country behind him in order to gain percentage points.

  • @ExposingTheGOP oh, so now liberals want police, fucking hypocrites

  • @aarondavid826 At what time did you come to believe that Liberals don't want Police? Liberals believe in fairness and equality... at no point have I seen Liberals saying they don't want police... actually Liberalism tends to be rather central to Capitalism and Socialism... which sits ideally with a social service.... like oh say the police...

  • @aarondavid826 wow dude....ur retarded

  • there is plenty of oil on land many yrs. ago back in the 70s a company took soundings for pockets of oil in central , ill. i talked to the men who were doing the job and they told me there was alot of oil here but wasnt profitable at time cause had to drill deep. oil was cheap then but now whats the problem. , drilling in the fricking ocean brilliant!one other thing my uncle who worked for humble oil, quote diesel fuel will never be costly than gas much easier to make less steps..rip offs

  • LOL, you are interfering with the workers rest!

  • "I have to keep this beach safe!" LOL, he thinks he's a superhero or something. Certainly this chemicals they throw on the oil are bad stuff.

  • @myentourage It gives them no profit to boss you about. That's paranoia speaking. When dealing with all corporations keep an eye on the profit. In this case I see a news crew trying to get irrelevant sound bites from workers.

"Hows the clean up going?? Geee there's lot of oil you know loads of overtime, my kidd today told my wife she is missing daddy..."

    - Or some other inane nonsense.

Let them have lunch, let them work. I have 0 interest in TV news trying to get some cheesy lines for profit

  • @CmdrTobs

I'm sure channel 6 is very concerned with what interests you.

  • @fightforyourrights9 Exactly, they're not. They are interested in what ever dog shit gets them viewers and sells advertising. If they were correctly interested in what I and the public needed and not on profit they would be investigating the matter, not trying to get pointless human interest chatter.

Let them clean up, the environment is melting down, why get in there way? If you really want hear from a worker, ask them AFTER their shift. Until then I want every BP employee working flat out.

  • I hate fucking reporters. I would have kicked that reporter in the nuts. What else can they possible find about BP. That reporter is just grandstanding. Yellow fucking journalism at its worst!

  • @aarondavid826

Are you mental? It's his job to go an talk to people involved in the clean up effort. Like he said, if they aren't the police, coast guard, or military, they cannot restrict people from that beach. The BP guy was being obstinate. If the worker wanted to talk to the reporter on his break, that's his business and BP cannot prevent that.

  • @fightforyourrights9 Nope, a company can prevent their employers from talking to the media.

  • @aarondavid826 Exactly, He just wanted a few tacky lines about how "dirty there boats are" to fill in a mindless segment on local news. He was not going to tell anyone anything that was not obvious, only interrupt the crews trying to contain this mess.

If he really cared he would be going over leaked BP memos, telling us about the profits BP make in the region. Telling us about safety records. Bamboozling executives. I am devastated well meaning liberals & TYT have boiled down to tea partiers.

  • @CmdrTobs WTF? The Tea party rocks!

  • @aarondavid826 What divine insight you must have.

  • @nanomagnetic yes i do

  • America.

    Spelled:

    F-A-S-C-I-S-M

  • Thumbs up if you also want to tell BP "F*ck you!"

  • @MrAdolfoSandoval but I can just say "FUCK you BP"

  • Those BP idiots are still using good-ol snail mail for communication. Time to upgrade them to the future.

  • The question that should have been asked is: So you are saying that the people in charge of BP are lying to us about media having access to the workers?

  • I like how there is a bp ad on the side of the video.

  • Epic self pwnage from BP.

  • Oh beautiful.

  • Where are all the drill baby drill tampon heads nows?

  • @PresidentOfTheBlack.... had it not been for the environmentalist lobby, the pipe would have been capped a long time ago. if they were allowed to drill in shallow water, this probably wouldn't have happened. but for some reason, liberal environmentalists think it's better to push them way offshore. i'm not letting bp off the hook, i'm just trying to give some perspective.

  • @senorchipotle If it weren't for the deepwater drilling, there wouldn't have been an oil spill. Just do as the europeans do: add an extra 1.30 dollar tax per liter to fuel prices, so that fuel efficient cars are bought. Makes you less susceptible to oil price spikes too. We hardly noticed it two years ago.

  • @grieske..."If it weren't for the deepwater drilling, there wouldn't have been an oil spill" exactly the point i'm making. ever heard of any spills in shallow water drilled wells. but, the environmentalist lobby outlawed wells drilled within a certain distance from the coast. thus making it infinitely harder to safely drill. had this been closer to shore, it most likely would have never happened. point is, somebody has to drill. better it be us than get our oil from the middle east.

  • @senorchipotle ixtoca was in shallow waters and it was worse than exxon valdez

  • @grieske... cont... i, for one, don't like paying exorbitant gas prices. if you care to, move to europe. but i like my truck and i like fair gas prices. and raising prices isn't going to move technology any quicker.

  • @grieske Exactly right, half the yahoos in that region used to chant "drill now pay less" and other shite. Even Obama did a 180 on drilling. Now what was said might happen has happened. People need to blame Republicans then blame Obama for rinading on another campaign promise. BP is a profit making institution's its well documented what capitalism like. The cheapest job for the maximum price. Its well known if you really want to drill in risky areas you should use a national oil company.

  • @CmdrTobs.."if you really want to drill in risky areas you should use a national oil company." oh yeah, because we all know how well governments run things. gov't run programs always succeed, and always profit. just look at ussr, n. korea, and w. germany. gov't IS the answer!

  • @senorchipotle I see I am dealing with an avid talk radio listener. Why on earth did you jump to communist Totalitarian states? That's like me saying "I want to be a painter" and you then saying "Like Adolf Hitler ay ? Wanna gas some jews ay?"

I actually mean national companies like Nasa.... no expense spared safety. Or the military. Imagine if that was private. Soldiers being asked to leave men behind as $5m rescue helicopters are less replaceable that a $15K a year GI.

  • @CmdrTobs... actually, i come up with my conclusions on my own, thanks. the reason why i ''jumped'' to totalitarian states was to make a point. oil exploration is a profit driven business. as such, it should be private. btw, nasa is quietly taking a back seat to private corporations, and the military seeks no profit. your point is invalid. to state that gov't run oil exploration would be better is incomplete thinking. can you name one gov't program which is run efficiently and profitably?

  • @senorchipotle Its not really "liberal" anyone. If you have rigs in view of the beach. There is no tourism. Its peoples livelihoods. Natural beauty is actually fast becoming an expensive national commodity for western service economies....

  • Hayward's job right now is to take the crap. Crap like this. I guarantee you all, in 6 months or so, he'll be "fired" with a HUGE (GIGANTIC!!) bonus. Then BP will say that the old guard is gone, and the new management will be much better. But until then, they need someone to take the blame, and he's been promised a big payday for doing so.

So they can do whatever they want, and blame it on him... Like this.

  • "Can I yell from a distance?" lmao! Dude, if this isn't blocking the media, I dunno what is

  • He should just put the microphone right into his mouth. He can choke on it like the marine life are choking on their oil.

  • BP not the only company to blame, funny how every one is only targeting the foreign based company.

  • @LTDreams Yep, this is where the obfuscation and shadow campaign begins. Even TYT was drawn into this mindless cemetery about reporters not being allowed to add low paid clean up workers silly questions. That reporter should be kicking down doors at BP HQ, H.B HQ and transocean HQ establishing the correct narrative for the important up coming debates. Not hunting for mindless vox pops on the beach.

This is exactly how Exxon got away with paying nothing for the exxon valdez disaster.

  • I love how there is a ad immediately after this saying "Friend BP on YouTube for the latest Gulf Spill video updates".......

  • dubious douchebags

  • Fucking BP. What a disgrace.

  • Thank god for local journalism and local news.

  • @Luinreg Agree at least someone has the balls to go up and ask at least some questions.
