I dont thnk he put drugs before his kids at all, its a bad habit that he's yet to brake..simple as that. If you went to jail, then got out, and started using drugs with chances that you may get locked up tell me that's not putting drugs before your family. It'd be a better idea to be with his kids than with some substances - then in jail. And I know for sure that any regular citizen wouldn't of got off of a weed, X, and opiate charge, any of "us" would be in jail. So don't tell me that's why the dropped the charges.
