Hutch you should look into electronic cigarettes ( e-cigs ) to help you quit or as an alternative for smoking. I've used them for the past year or so and haven't touched a real cigarette since then. A great way to get the nicotine your body is craving without all the horrible carcinogens and additives found in real cigarettes. You can also smoke them in bars, restaurants, air planes, you name it, as you're exhaling water vapor instead of smoke. It also saves you a lot of money. Good luck :).
