Once you call in your pavelow get a kill before it does then it goes toward your killstreak

Seeing as no one feels like answer the pavelow question, I will. When the game came out they really didn't test it all that well. So the pavelow was glitched and it wouldn't count to your killstreak. A little while ago they came out with a patch which made the pavelow kills count to your killstreak.
