This is a very powerful tool that works great in many application in addition to Twitter (I like Hootsuite's ow.ly for ease/efficiency since I post to multiple channels at once). Love the tracking/analytics and the customization feature - you can use it in email marketing for example, giving so you have a 'pretty/pleasing' link and 'brand' it using either your company name, marketing promo name, or keywords.
I am shortening my long URL and replying to a person that left a tweet on Twitter, but when I click on the short bit.ly URL in my tweet, it doesn't take me to my site, but instead, takes me to the bit.ly page and shows my long URL and I click on share and it just won't redirect. What am I doing wrong?
