SIKGRCHPIT you act tough, but dont know shit. An arm breaks with 8 pounds of pressure. This dog could put alot more than that. When your arm is getting broke multiple times and shredded by the teeth of a Malinois, you arent going to be beating the dog, you are going to be trying to hold your arm in a position to lesson the pain. You are going to do what you are told by the handler so that they can get the dog off of you. If you hit the dog, they will just rip and tear at you. Just try it and see

not a fan of sleeve training. Lots of dogs will become confused if the target doesn't offer the dog an arm to bite. Full suit or bust. just my opinion

@1982patriot Actually that's not entirely true....My dog which happened to be a Malinois, was used in the police force he was always prepared for whatever training there was he never got confused between a sleeve and a full body suit....in a real life situation they bite whatever open part of your body is available for it....they don't hesitate to find an arm

@1982patriot You are absolutely correct. I am a former K9 handler for a large midwestern police department. My K9 partner had to learn not to look for a sleeve when he hit the streets, he passed on his first few opportunities to apprehend. But once he learned there wasn't a better K9 in the state!

If the decoy is safe wearing only that sleeve, that's not a protection dog. It's a show dog.

@8s8lw8d training dogs for protection is a very complex training,dogs must have a good temperament,disposition,courag­e and obedient to it's owner/handler.without these traits,dogs will bite the decoy in any part of his body.or dogs will just bite for defensive reasons.

@jimolga1 hello, German is a bit bigger and has more black on its body and more beige on its face. A Belgian is beige body with black face, and a little bit smaller (but very active)

@SIKGRCHPIT yeah right man once that dog sunk his razor sharp teeth into your arm and ripped all your veins wide open you would have no chance to do anything with your bare hands. A knife or stick or sumthing yeah but not bare hands.And if you did manage to get him off he would just attack a different part of your body(groin,leg,ankle) you would have to be like insanely tough and have experiene with that shit to even stand a chance.

This dog need to be trained differently. Theres not enough pressure. In a attack I would beat that dog to death! That bottle thing is joke, you should love your K-9s more. Because,in the end its them that you want to protect you. Protect them first with propper training, or get a cat!

I dont care about the pressure of his bite. Dogs like this rely on peoples fear of being bitten by a dog. Im not afraid of him. I know how he was trained and like most K9s he was trained to bite and hold, mostly on the sleeve. Its a game to him. Im 6'3" 325lbs with know fear of dogs, Id feed him my shirt and like I said beat him to death! Please teach him that there are people out there that are not gonna play by the rules. He's a beautiful dog, that know doubt will protect you. Protect him!

What part of protect them first are you people missing? I Love my dog's! I protect them, there my family. I would only leave my dog if my kids where in danger. Other wise its an attack, Me with them & no bottles! I just started spring classes & my books almost done... Thanks again!

I am KNPV trainer for more than 30 years and I know very well what a dog can do to you if he/she bites you. But the training in asia is not so good like in Europe, The know how is higher in Europe.

@SIKGRCHPIT yes, dogs in a real situation have alot of pressure, and thats needs to be trained into them, but we dont know if its a young dog or just started training. You put too much pressure on them at first, you destroy a dogs confidence. You need to build the confidence up and increase pressure gradually as the training progresses. It doesnt need to be trained differently, it is just not a finished dog.

If your belgian is too wild, then maybe he is too mutch for you to handle. a belgian needs stimulations daily to keep him occupied. If not he will find something else to do, and often people refer to these sort of dogs as "problem dogs". its not the dog that is the problem, its the owner. it always is. You need to activate him both mentally and physically daily.
