how to make the best snowball, do as number 1!! make sure it turns into ice!! than make a bigger snowball around that again, make sure its hard!! (as big as ur hand or smaller, i prefer my hand size, than throw it at teachers from big distance!

you forgot the deadly ice ball. if you have the time you can pack a ball together so hard that it shatters when it hits the target but is accurate and packs a punch

I used to use a similar technique with sand because in most of Australia we don't have snow.
