Oh man. So I went on a field trip to see lazy chaperone, but there was a complication with the tickets and we were sent to Spring Awakening when it first opened, before it won the awards. We were upset about it. But it was incredible, and I'm so glad I got to see it. Even got to see Lea perform before she became famous! :D

also, in general, i didn't like this performance. i think it was a really interesting idea, but came off as a bit awkward. also, i think they should've just done songs that were appropriate for the audience. because, the song "bitch of living" and "totally f*cked" were just not the same with the changes they made! i think they should've just done one song, and the scene that accompanied it and it would've been just as moving and impressive. :)
