the best thing Jim Henson ever did was create the Muppets. He made everyone dare to be a dreamer, and made everyone a believer. R.I.P. Jim. you will be loved and missed by many.
Did Jim ever write an autobiography? Would've been an apt use of the title THE LOVERS, THE DREAMERS AND ME.
"The most successful and sophisticated people I've ever known had just one thing in common: they were all in touch with their inner child." - Jim Henson
my mom would play this song along with others from Kenny all the time when I was little. This one in particular always put nice calming images in my head.
I'm 11 and I love Jim Henson and I'm only sorry I didntknow his early creations... b4 he died.... I never knew him... but I felt like I knew him... r.i.p jim... ur creations will live on forever
I completely agree to all the comments listed here. he revolutionized the media for the better. unfortunately his contributions have been lost in the past 30 years...
Thanks for the post. Henson is one of the most under-rated contributors to Americana. Too bad the younger of following generations don't get the benefit of his contributions. Thanks for the beautiful and well-deserved tribute.

1 person isn't a lover or a dreamer. Shame, Shame. Either that or doesn't like Kenny Loggins, I don't know which is worse.

Muchas Gracias.... Henson fue un gran hombre con el alma de un niño... que materializo sueños en sus muñecos

Couldn't agree more, simply good, clean, fun entertainment. We don't see alot of that anymore.

Thank you very much. Jim put his heart into everything he did, unfortunately most people today in entertainment don't follow his example.
