if you want to play along with the piano parts you need the capo

if not then, it should sound fine alone, but there are alot easier chords without the capo

Surely though its better to pick each individual chord, say all of the d's then all of the am strings etc? So you hold D and would pick 1st string 2nd string 3rd string, if you know what i mean?
