I don't think the guy at the end was caring about the balls. If any of you are weight lifters like I am, you know that having someone you don't know behind you while you're lifting weights is dangerous. Lets assume edbass was his enemy - then all ed would have to do is pick the weight up and drop it on his neck and he would have been killed or injured. You only let people you know are spotting for you behind you. I would react the same way regardless if the person was "swollen" or not.
