No. You're thinking of "Repo Men." It's based on a novel called "Repossession Mambo." The story is strikingly similar, but the original 10-Minute Opera that "Repo! The Genetic Opera" is based on (called "The Necromerchant's Debt") came before the book.

No,not much difference between musicals and operas but still,if a song is in a different type then you like (judging by your name modern pop) then expect it to seem bad

i saw this movie when it first came out, i never like movies like singing shit, but i took a chance with this movie, and i must say, Anthony Stewart was fucking amazing in this movie, i love this movie, i think Anthony Stewart took the show, his voice was outstanding, i bought this movie after i return the movie, i watch this movie once a week. LOVE IT

This is my favorite movie! I first wanted to see it because Ogre was in it, and I fucking love Skinny Puppy, so I went to see it one night with my cousin in theaters, and we fell in love with it. Also, these types of movies, like "The Spirit" or "Hellboy" are my favorite types of movies, so that only made it better for me. If you haven't seen this movie yet, I HIGHLY recommend you go and watch it. It is definitely worth seeing. Best movie ever!

Yeah, I cracked and went out and rented it, watched it that night... the next day went back to the store and bought it haha. My respect for her has also increased a little. Maybe she's not quite so bad as the press makes her out to be after all.

Everybody else was just as brilliant , probably even more so. Sarah, Anthony and Ogre were the best though, and Alexa was a treat, after being mostly known for Spy Kids.
