  • what is in the center of the coil and what ga wire is in the coil? and also how many turns:P

  • Your designs are very clever. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise ! I have been folowing your work has been very inspiring !

  • Great Job !! Thanks for sharing. Tec

  • So nice to feel that rush, eh? lol Your current consumption looks really low.

Is your generator coil charging the big cap bank through the bridge rectifier? If it is note that helps explain the low current consumption. Once the caps are fully charged then the generator coil doesn't put a load on the circuit anymore, effectively removing itself.

It would be advisable to check the current consumption with another multimeter if you have one.

  • Assuming a 12-volt source, 2.6 mA gives you 31.2 mW of power consumption. Juts eyeballing the motor it looks to me like it is dissipating about 300 mW in the bearing, wiring, and air resistance (+/-40%) :)

You are probably aware that cheap multimeters likely do a poor job of measuring pulsing DC current, and better "True RMS" meters do a better job.

If you ever want to attempt a more accurate current measurement using a large cap and a variable resistor I have a simple circuit for doing this.

  • I tried linking a jouel thief type device that uses a pair of transisters to pulse through a transformer...

Unfortunatly, drawing power from those capacitors actually has an adverse effect on the bedini...

so... I'm re-winding the generator coil directly on the core... the real i was using unfortunatly has a 4mm gap between the cor and the windings...

  • so, I've wrapped some insulation tape around the core and i'm winding directly onto the M4 rods...

I'm hoping this will allow the generator coil to produce more power...

inturn, this will INCREASE the lenz effect which will allow the triger and rive coils to produce more backflow...

And I just realised what I just said...

    I'm increasing the lenz effect!

everyone else is trying to reduce the lenz effect and i want to increase it...

  • I should point out... all the ideas that i've had have been inspired from what i've see other people do on here...

Even my circuit was inspired from fusionchip's feedback to source circuit... if it wasn't for his video, I wouldn't have seen the bedini in a completely diferent light...

  • also... theirs no one online on my msn list.... they've all gone out to the pub (more than likely)...

And I'm here, on the verge of... dropping one hell of a bombshell....

Or perhaps, will the last 2.6 mA be the perverbial bottomless pit....

  • in theory... if I change D3 and D4 for scottky diodes then i've reduced the voltage loss from 1.2V to ~0.6V so, in theory... that alone should put me even closer to unity!

  • Firstly, congrats fella, I know that kind of excitement. This is really something. I cant quite grasp how you have set this up though? This isnt a bedini is it? It's your little variation is it not? A circuit diagram could really help clarify things.

Secondly, does the rotor have any torque? This is a great step forward, but we need torque if we are to make use of the rotors mechanical energy, which in this case can be considered a by-product of of trigger and associated power transformation.

  • Forget sleep, stay up all weekend and tweak that last bit of amperage out of the circuit. Can you imagine how it would be to run a pulse motor with a zero amperage draw? Wow.

  • it's allmost 2am and i'm still wired!

Can i imagin? can i imagin? Hell yes i can!

I can imagin making the power companies in the UK go bankrupt coz everyone will switch to the power of comwarrior! MUHAHAHAHAAAAA! lol

I've also pulled out some more capacitors too which are going to help... proberbly be able to increase by 6-7,000 uF... and then i'm more or less out of capacitors, except small ones...

I must resist the urge to get out of bed and go play some more...

  • Very nice.Maybe you could flip between the cap bank and the run battery as the power source for your motor reducing the drain on the battery even further. Regards jonnydavro

  • I've got here what i believe to be an isolating jouel theif type device... it's one of those inverters from some EL string crap... it runns of 12V DC and outputs 200V AC... tomarrow i'm going to hook it up to one of the HV caps (C2) and the other end to feed into the the main bank of capacitors and I'll see if i can get the rest that it needs from the back EMF that curently isn't being used...

Some how I going to try to sleep tonight... I don't know how... but somehow i must...
