@DON0917 Kalou has very often come off the bench and scored important goals and has gotten plenty of goals for a player that isn't often in the starting XI. Malouda other than this season and his first season has gotten atleast 10 goals a season and was our top goal scorer in the BPL last season. He isnt scoring, but he's heavily influencing the game. He is a world and euro champ and it just doesnt disappear. All i mean is for Blues fans to look at the bigger picture and not just stats. I can play 60 minutes over 10 games, 6 odd minutes in each, and then easily get accused of not scoring a goal in 10 appearances.

Torres and Drogba have played about the same amount since he arrived, and we are so much more dangerous with Drogba up front. We have a good chance of not qualifying for CL next year, if we keep starting Torres after Drogba comes back.

@bruceleroy1990 I'm as die-hard a Chelsea fan as anyone. Its important to see how many 90 minutes has he completed in a Chelsea shirt. With today's game, its 6. He isnt scoring, but he's heavily influencing the game. He is a world and euro champ and it just doesnt disappear. All i mean is for Blues fans to look at the bigger picture and not just stats. I can play 60 minutes over 10 games, 6 odd minutes in each, and then easily get accused of not scoring a goal in 10 appearances.

@MistaRayman I think we all want Torres to succeed. You say he rarely plays 90 minutes, but neither does Drogba anymore. Torres and Drogba have played about the same amount since he arrived, and we are so much more dangerous with Drogba up front. Sturridge and Ramires in particular are much better when they play with Drog, and it's not just a coincidence. We have a good chance of not qualifying for CL next year, if we keep starting Torres after Drogba comes back.

Sturridge scored almost all his goals playing with Drogba, because Drogba's positioning and hold up play is better than Torres. Also, Drogba gives at least one or two nice through balls to Ramires every game. Torres either cannot hold on to the ball or dribbles too much.
