The page Maddow cites is primarily about Christin Gilbert, and her death after a botched late term abortion attended by Dr. Carhart. It isn't threatening Dr Carhart physically, but legally. No where does it encourage violence, just civil action and opposition to elective late term abortion. In this report Maddow is skilled at weaving together images and "facts" so that they present her truth, not truth. It's insidious, and wrong.

I don't think they would be prosecutable. Except if there would be some really obvious ties to them. But everyone would know it would be them who would be responsible. Plus everyone who has ever called one of these doctors a 'murderer' or anything similar. Makes me think of O'Reilly.
