I went and bought 50inchvertical(dot)com meant for my sister's 16 year old son praying to seek a nice workout program for him. The workout not only kept him fit, it's also assigned him more self-confidence. He really loves to be able to show his classmates and friends how much higher he can leap and his basketball skills has boosted so much that he is the top player in the high school team. I seriously recommend it if you play basketball.
