Lots of phenominal skiers out there but still, to date, no one approaches the net sum superiority of Ghirardelli.
It's not even a contest. What Marc did is still beyond anyone and that's saying a great deal.

I saw him time ago after a competition in Cras Montana.
He was eating alone in a restaurant...its was funny to see a ski superstar alone. He just made an autograph on my Milka hat and then go away.

I don't think he is the greatest but he was the best GS technique. Thats for sure. As for the greatest I think about Girardelli and Stenmark..
