Uncle Ron, I wanted to add that besides your talent, you had a smile that lit up the whole atmosphere of the room. That is what I really remember the most about you, your talent was definitely memorable also. I love the hymns and wish I could hear songs sung by you and your brothers while you played the music. Dreaming......
After searching through all of YouTube for a good rendition of this piece, I came to this video, and immediately knew that I'd found what I'd been looking for. Very beautifully played, and the audio quality definitely doesn't hurt, especially with your tone as well formed as it is.
man, I was going to say something hard about this not being 'background music' and definitely not to a slideshow, but just listening to it has removed all the urge to do anything but sigh.
I'm sure I will enjoy this wonderful piece over and over again and I wanted to add that I really love the video, too. The flowers are so beautiful, thanks again for sharing your talent. With love, your niece, Carol
Uncle Ron, I was always in awe of your talent and even more so now that I've heard this and your other videos and recordings. I look forward to your future performances :-). Carol
It's touching to know that one of your outstanding memories of me is that of playing the piano. Thank you for evoking fond memories of family togetherness.
Oh what a beautiful piece...so well played set with an astounding video..the sheer magic and total bliss of them together..I have got to put this down to one of the best I have seen and heard in a long time..thank you for posting this video

It was because of being touched deeply by your slide show that gave me the determination to learn how to make them.
Thank you ever so kindly for your generous and encouraging thoughts.

I lost someone I loved dearly in the last year. The last time I saw him was in Chicago. Putting the images with this beautiful piece ( one of my alltime favorites)really touched me. Thank you.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences over your heartbreaking loss. If my humble effort gives you a moment of reflection mixed with comfort, you make me happy for bringing them to you in this manner.
Is there a more beautiful and haunting melody as this? Perhaps Chopin's Etude Op. 25, #1. Lisztner, you played it with such tenderness and passion that it brought tears to my eyes. How proud you should and must be. Chicago is my hometown, so it was a double treat to watch and listen. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Kasha. I know where to find you to discuss Chopin's gifted works.:-) For now I'll just accept your compliment with appreciation and enjoyment.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful masterpiece

One of my favorite compositions. Does anyone know where I can find a video of Maurice Dela's "Hommage"?
